Kansas City Barbeque Sauce |
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup light brown sugar 1/2 tbsp. chili powder 1/2 tbsp. dry mustard 1/2 tbsp. ground ginger 1/2 tsp. ground allspice 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. mace 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1 cup cider vinegar 1 cup molasses 1 tbsp. liquid smoke 6 cup ketchup 3/4 cup water |
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a sauce pot and and bring to a simmer and simmer for an hour. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, and cider vinegar | |
